Day 28 remote customer service

So today on my 28th day of techie youth, I learned about remote customer service. A remote customer service rep is someone who reaches out to customers with new offers, solutions, product news and much more to be successful in remote work, you have to have access to a home office or a coworking space, a strong internet is also essential, you need to have good to excellent communication skills, and you need to be able to handle networking outside your comfort zone.

So today on my 27th of techie youth, I learned about getting a machine learning job without a degree. to get a machine Learning job without a degree you have to prove that have the a sufficient amount of experience to make up for the lack of a degree. So today on my 25th on techie youth I learned about ways to attract major donors to my fundraiser. The first thing I learned about was prospect research. Prospect research means to gather information about your current donors and any potential donors so you can determine which one of them will be most likely to contribute and how how they will be able to contribute. To find major donors you should find people who can contribute a lot and have a high interest in the cause.

So today on my 22nd day of techie youth I learned how to send a pitch email that will actually get answered. The first thing I learned is to never send a cold pitch email if it can be avoided. The second thing i Learned is to have a subject line that stands out from everyone else’s emails and immediately grabs the reader’s attention. The third thing I learned is to not waste the viewers time and just get to the point as quick as possible so you can explain your value proposition.

So on my 15th day on techie youth I learned about different types of profit models and revenue streams. I learned that it is often suggested the business incorporate several revenue models But if you don’t want to diversify your efforts you should just go for a single profit stream. I also learned that For every profit model it is important to know where your break even point is which how many sales/ how much revenue do you need to achieve in order to earn more than you are spending. Every new business needs to create a plan on how they will exceed the break even point so they can earn a large profit.

So today on my 5th day of techie youth, I learned about financial management and doing good in a job interview. When it comes to financial management it’s important to know the difference between net and gross income. Net income means your income after necessary expenses like taxes. Gross income means your income before taxes. You should make to estimate your daily cost of money so you could compare it to other locations to find a lower costs.

When it comes to succeeding in job interviews, make sure to always accept the soonest possible date so you can increase your chances of getting hired first and always read all paperwork before signing it so you know exactly what your getting yourself into.

day 2 of techie youth: cryptocurrency and getting a job

So today on my second day of techie youth i mainly learned about 2 things cryptocurrency and the process of getting a job. when learning about the prerequisites to getting a job i learn about a social networking platform called linkedin which allows people to network with others to for beneficial relationships. i also learned tips on creating a good resume which was very helpful since a resume is the is one of the foundational components of gaining a job. i also learned about a cover letter in the lesson. a cover letter is wha comes before the resume and is written in paragraphs while the resume is formatted into bullet points. now as for cyrptocurrency, i learned about how a virtual wallet works and the advantages it has over other payment methods like how its safe because it can only be used for sending money to you, not withdrawing it. i also learned that cryptocurrency is very volatile and that its value can very quickly and significantly drop.

day 1 of techie youth: remote work and getting paid

So today was my first day experiencing techie youth. before beginning i was a little nervous considering i have never done something like this before but now that i am finished with my first day i can proudly say that it was a great experience and i learned a lot. Today i mostly learned about remote work and was of getting paid. starting with remote work, i learned just how much freedom remote work can give me and how remote work can be much more efficient than in person work. remote work is perfect for people who are able to stop themselves from working all the time and also stop themselves from slacking of to much. Now as for ways of getting paid, that part of the unit taught us how checking accounts worked and the many alternatives like prepaid credit cards and secured credit cards. the unit also gave us advice on how process credit card payments if we ever started our on business.
