Today I learned about REITs (Real estate investment trusts) I learned that you can invest in real estate property and earn money from it. At first, I did know how it worked but after watching the videos and reading the articles. I realize how it worked and how it can be a risk. I learned a lot this week about the stock market and how you can earn money without moving an inch away from your seat. There are a lot of niches and jobs out there that do the smallest of things that impact the movement of our modern daily lives. Today I learned about Stock Markets and their terms, how it works, and how to earn money. This is an interesting topic because people could get rich just by investing their time in the Stock market. However, there is a risk and you might lose money instead of earning money. I am looking forward to trying that method of money gaining. There is a way to make it less risky and it's to buy a stock that you know you don't mind losing. For example, I buy a stock for 50 dollars, If 50 dollars is all I have that is a huge risk, but if I have more than 50 dollars it will lower the risk because I have more money left over and it wouldn't bother me as much. the more I do it the more experience and confidence I have to do more. Today I continued the Entrepreneur segment, this time I learned how employees can receive their paychecks and whether it's through digital or physical checks. In Today's world people are doing digital paychecks with Zelle, square, chime, etc. I am already familiar with all paying options, so it is good to have a refresher. Also, I learned how to invest from Buffet who does the annual report, Berkshire. One of my mentors recommended that I read the annual report because not only does the book include reports from various companies but it gives insight on business and so much more.
I also learned about Bitcoin and the stock market and how it works. I thought I would finish the Entrepreneur segment today finishing with the assignment but It led to another learning adventure, which I am so excited about. I will see you next week. Blog out!
Today I have once again continued the segment and learned values and lessons when it comes to having a start-up company and how to keep that company in motion. I learned more about MVP and how to sell it to potential customers. What to say to people when you are trying to sell a product, how to be Flexible when making deals or finding out what the customer wants. I believe Entrepreneurs are people that are for the people. They help better the lives of others one way or another. So the saying, " The customer is always right." is an essential phrase for an entrepreneur. I believe that in order to make start a business we must connect with the person who can get the business off the ground. Today has been filled with lessons I will remember and take to heart and tomorrow I believe after a few more content I can start on my assignment, which may take me about 2- to 3 hours. Also, the legal actions to take when choosing a brand and having it trademark and/or copyrighted. I knew some of these terms already so I was aware of this, and it was nice to have a refresher. I learned more about handling a company and the legal side of having a company. What lawsuits to look out for, and what I would need if there was anything to happen if a company is sued for some reason? I have also watched a lot of videos and what to do if you are in the worst-case scenarios and such. I want to tell Techie Youth I am doing my absolute best with these tests and even though it says Insufficient, I really do take the time and read and watch every video, so please consider that when looking at my performance. One is the different plans you need to reach your goal as a company and how much revenue you have. Second, after doing a test on that section I went on to learn about Co-Founder, what it means to have one, how many should I have, and why should I have a co-founder. Hello, today I have started a new segment. I started the segment Entrepreneurship, which is really exciting. Since I just started this segment, I have to watch videos about what it means to be an entrepreneur and how to be a leader. I have learned much from the videos and can't wait to learn and watch more. Also, if anybody from techie Youth is reading this, I would like to give a suggestion, sometimes I watch videos that are more than 30 minutes, and once I finished the video all of my progress ( check marks) are gone and Im back to square one on my performance data. Hello, I didn't do much today, I had to finish working on my Niche website for the Techie Youth assignment. Believe it or not, it took me all 5 hours to do it. I was really surprised when I started to put what I have learned into practice and see the results of my labor. Tomorrow will be the start of a new segment. Today I have continued on the niche website segment t and finished a couple of tests today. There were surprisingly a lot of articles and videos to read and watch today. So I took most of my time working on them today which is alright. I have learned what an SSL means and the difference between HTTP and HTTPS. HTTPS means that a website is secured and there won't is hackers on your website. I have also learned how to sell your website and how to create an email list to earn mom=ney on a website. I believe it's called Monetizing a website. So apparently there are many ways to earn money. Tomorrow I will be starting my assignment for the niche website segment. Cant wait!. Hello, TechieYouth today was a very productive day I have finished all the content on Product management which broadened my understanding of how businesses work on the inside. However, it was time to move on and learn about Niche websites. Since I have a niche (fashion) I found it to be a fascinating segment to help me understand what my niche is and how I can get traffic if I start a niche website. I learned that Google Trends was a great way to know which topics are trending and what content I should put on a website or channel. Hello, today I have continued the Product management segment. I've learned a lot of terms that deal with PM. Terms such as MVP, MMP, MDP, MMR, etc. After reading every article I have completed at least 4 quizzes but my answers seem to be incorrect even though I thoroughly read through them and pick the answer based on what I have learned. One of the assignments for Project management was to create a product or a solution for techie youth and I might have the thing for it. What if there was a way to see the answers I got wrong/right on the quiz, that would be a solution that would solve all of my problems because most likely most of the other Techie Youth syep participants are dealing with the same thing. So I would like to propose that Idea to Techie Youth. I believe we should be able to review the quizzes we have completed to fix our mistakes and most importantly learn from them. Other than that can't wait for tomorrow to expand my learning and hopefully, Techie Youth will see this and take it into DEEP consideration. See you tomorrow.
Today I finished Life quality and I moved on to Product management. If you don't know I am a fashion designer. My job basically is to design clothes and bring them to life. Continuing on to the segment I then learned that the job of product managers is to bring a product to life and find solutions to people's everyday problems, to make them better. it made me realize the main reason why I love fashion design. It's not about making clothes that look good, but to make people feel good about themselves while fulfilling their desire to have clothes that capture their essence of beauty.
I have learned how to set up my own website on Wordpress. It was very interesting how different WordPress is from all the other website developing software out there. Also today I took 2 quizzes based on what I learned on WordPress and also a test to see if I understand the role of a virtual assistant.
On Friday, July 15: "Hello, today I finished the second part of the software for meetings I like Zoom Google meet Skype, and also Webley and it has been very informational I learn how to set it up and how to make sure that use it for good purposes and what kind of features that they have that will help me enhance the lesson green that the lesson but the meetings. I will have in the future and then I went on to learning a sales funnel and a sales funnel is you have a product and then there's like this type of buying system where you where you have a website and you are selling a product but the money that you cell add a for the product is not making you enough money so you need to use a system call cells final which will help you add on items to your product that will give you more money than then the money that you receive receiving money for from the product so that was very informational I've learned that you have to pay for ads and if you need to if you want to start a website you have to start now you can't wait until until it's your like 50 years old and you don't even know what wakes or other website creating software is that our out there so it's just popping a lot today I went I asphalt I saw the tutorials on how to build a website how to make a website how to put things on the website how to make sure that your website has a professional domain and has professional look to it that is not your strong together that is put together very nicely and basically that's all I wanted a I am going to continue learning because I still haven't finished the whole subject I believe it's for Life quality and there is so many aspects that goes 2 making your n work for you and doing what you love and earning money by doing what you want so can't wait for the next part of my learning experience that will start next week and I will give you an update on what I have learned life quality"
Today I have learned how to set up multiple social media accounts and manage to make sure to display content that focuses on a specific niche that I am presenting. After I finished learning how to set up accounts and manage social media accounts. Then, I went on to literacy the difference between British and American writing. I did a few quizzes and then went on to punctuation and how to correct errors in my writing which were very informational and great practice. Lastly, after learning literacy, I learned how to do different business meetings like Skype or Google Hangouts, Google meets, and Zoom. It taught me how to set up a software account and what kind of features they have on each software that will be very useful when I have meetings with clients or just anyone with friends or family. I can't wait to continue the last lesson that I'm that I have learned today! It was very informational, and I would put the information I learned into practice.
