So I learned something vital today. In realization that the SYEP program is ending employment today. Or at least this is just the last week we have to work in the program.

Do not let these opportunities to learn pass you by. Techie Youth is such a great program. I will continue to watch Mr. Benari's vlogs. The information provided in this program can absolutely change your life for the better. And surprisingly I think this shouldn't be limited to the youth. I believe all ages should have access to this information in some way. This program can grow much larger in doing that.

Thank you to everyone working in support of the Techie Youth program and to Mr. Benari for your dedication and support to us. You provide a sign of hope to everyone.

When I hit it big, I'm gonna give a big shout out to this program.

I learned 4 things today

1.) A problem seeking solution is not a good idea.

What is the scale of the problem you are solving?

1a.) Cool little analogy Mr. Benari presented.

2.) Contingency planning is VITAL

3.) Try not to keep your ideas a secret.

4.) Break even point

Today I learned 3 things.

Do not start a company by yourself

Nobody has ever created a big name business by themselves and been successful. It is simply a no go. It is not impossible to do but it sure will feel impossible. Do not put yourself through that. Settle with people you know and trust. 2 - 3 people is ideal. Make sure you have the drive and dedication required to prevail.

Introduction is everything

Your executive summary is your contingency plan. You and your team are to be represented in a simple and clean manner.

CEO - Chief Executive Officer

CCO - Chief Communications Officer

CTO - Chief Technical Officer

CIO - Chief Information Officer

Thought that was really cool. It inspires better organization of my business when I think of assigning these positions.

Today I decided to restart everything I know about entrepreneurship. I want to have a real understanding this time of what comes with that life. I only skimmed through some of the content and payed attention to the stuff that only resonated with me. I want to understand everything this time.

So far today I've learned that there are actually more ways than a ton to go about being an entrepreneur. Not that they all apply to me but that it is important for me to have a broader perspective of the business. You have to be serious and dedicated to your pursuit. You should not be entirely money driven. You should understand your pursuit and how well it works for you. Not to throw yourself into an industry you are not fit to work in. You have to also have the passion.

However, what I have retained so far from this program so far since I started it in 2021 is that there are so many ways to make money and this program provides all the advice and tools needed to jump into any one of those jobs. What resonated with me the most is investing and web development. I am grateful to be part of this and to have this information.

I want to first thank Mr. Benari for his dedication and support to the youth through this program.

Today I learned about the reality of running a business. Not my own reality, but the little important things that you should account for when managing a business. Like how to set up a legal business entity in the United States and running an actual establishment. I really enjoy listening to Mr. Benari's stories and advice under the entrepreneurship section. And also seeing the passerby glance back at Mr. Benari's vlog. The things he chooses to talk about are always interesting. How to properly deal with difficult people and employees, how to spot a good work ethic from a bad work ethic, what it really takes to hold up a business, etc. I still replay his videos from time to time to refresh and retain more information I probably missed in my last viewing.

I learned from that section (so far) that there is much to do and be prepared for when setting up and dealing with your own business. Thank you again Mr. Benari for your pursuit in helping us find, discover our fields of interest.
