As requested, I went and fixed one of my assignments and submitted my cover letter. I started back on selling digital good and considering selling art.
Today I expressed a new service idea for techie youth. It was an idea that could help the program grow/ get more students interested.
Today I made a new Instagram page for the natural hair community. That is my niche group. I plan to post just tips, and images and repost other natural hair posts just to promote/spread.
Today I looked into entrepreneurship in techie youth. I learned some of what it takes to create a business. I learned vital tips and tricks. I will continue on in entrepreneurship tomorrow.
Today at techie youth, I looked at fundraising. I was a part of many nonprofits and wanted to look into how they make money. I also looked into recruiting but I wasn't very interested.
Today at techie youth I stayed in the video editing career. I learned about freelancing and how to land a job freelancing.
Today I learned about freelancing and video editing. I explored more remote careers. Two cool new terms I learned are J roll and L roll as they refer to the shape of the edits made when it comes to audio and scenes.
Today at techie youth I started an 8-hour database design course. I just learned how to design a database. I learned new vocabulary as well as important facts about keys, relationships, etc. I plan to continue the course tomorrow.
Today I learned about PHP. PHP is another coding language. I learned a bit of programming, and plan to continue the course tomorrow. I also peeked into writing again for a little bit, but then decided to continue with coding.
Today at techie youth, I decided to go back to learning about web development and stuff like that. I really enjoy seeing how these things work. My favorite subject is math and there is a bunch of it In coding and web careers. Aside from a few technical difficulties, I learned more.
Today at techie youth, I learned more about the music production side. I learned what it felt like to potentially become a music producer. I also saw the technical parts on how to get specific beats or tempos to essentially make a song.
At Techie youth, I learned how to use WordPress in a 2-hour long video. We learned the basics and how to design the way we like. This was interesting because we learned how to use a paid platform to make a website.
Today at Techie youth, I explored hybrid careers. I started with web design. I learned how to make a website, as well as different coding languages. Some examples are HTML and css.
Today, I learned how to beware of scams when looking for a job. I also learned how to take care of my well-being better. Some of these sites taught me how to deal with anxiety, and how to take care of yourself better, especially in the workplace.
