Some responsibilities of a recruiter include meeting with hiring managers after there is an opening at a job, they attract and source candidates, do a pre- screen and presents qualified jobs candidates to the hiring manage, serves as the employee brand ambassador, delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
There are websites that are extremely beneficial because it allows recruiters to post about job descriptions for thousands of people to see. When recruiting for a company, it is essential to know what the employer is searching for. Ask questions and clarify what your goals and objectives are important.

A web developer creates and maintain websites, they are responsible for the technical aspects and performance and capacity of the website which measure how fast and how much traffic the site can handle. I also learned about the fundamentals of web development which explains the basic concepts used when coding in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and learning the employment/ job aspects oof web development. What I learned today at Techie Youth – Video editing
Many people including I have no knowledge that a video editor is a paid job. A video editor’s job is to communicate a story or message by combining video clips and audio together. A video editor’s job can be considered as a remote job where you can work from home and on your own schedule. A video editor gets money for creative work and can get paid as a side job if you work on workdays. Video editors just don’t shoot and record video footage, but they organize the digital material. Video editors can use their knowledge and their creativity to blend to create a finished piece.
There are some important skills that one needs to have as a video editor. Some include, knowing how to solve problem in any situation, being able to create and tell a story in the director’s vision, and be a strong communicator, have technology skills and staying up to date on new technology, methods, and trends in the field.

Quality Assurance is a common practice to determine whether ra product or service meets specified requirements. Software Testing Life Cycle is used by Quality Assurance tester to improve the results of their Quality Assurance efforts. There are two types of Software Testing. That is White box testing and Black box testing. There are two types of Intro testing – that is Smoke and Sanity testing and Regression testing. Smoke and sanity testing is used because they are less time consuming and check the core functionalities of the code. Regression test is used check overall quality after a modification is made to an existing code and ensuring the change does not impact other related areas.

Health is related to productivity and health can improve a person’s productivity by improving their physical capacity. Health is a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. A person’s physical and mental is a very important factor affecting an individual’s ability too access and complete given work. Physical exercise is a way a person can take care of them selves including balanced diet. Mental health is another important means to support an effort towards professional and personal work. In the process of improving your heart, stress can be risk factor that attacks one’s body and health. To manage stress, there are some few tips that needs to learn.
• Making yourself happy. Choosing things you like, things you wish to do, controlling your own emotions and how to react to situations.
• Controlling yourself. Don’t let other people control you, remaining calm even when bad things happen.
• Lower your expectations. Don’t be hard on yourself. Life has its ups and downs, and every person have their positive traits and something they are thankful for.
• Setting goals to better yourself. Establishing a purpose and meaning to your life to make you feel better about yourself.
It is important to have someone to look up to. In terms of your health when having difficulties being healthy and productive. Someone you can talk when you stress, when you need help, and that person is a role model. This person can help you achieve the goals and standard set for yourself. Time management is the ability to use one’s time effectively or productively. Time management is important because it is the key to efficient working and critical skill. Time management helps one to prioritize tasks, so they do not rush to complete a project. It is important because it increases the quality of one’s work. At techie youth, I learned how to maximize the value of time and how to calculate what your time is worth. Some important skills that help an individual manage his/or her time better includes organization, prioritization, goal setting, communication, planning and stress management. These skills are used to enhance one’s skills and help improve efficiency and productivity. To me, the most key factor in managing time efficiently is organization and planning. In other to organize and plan, you need to know what schedule looks like and how many times do you repeat activity in a day. It is important to use time productively because time is very important and irreplaceable. Knowing how to spend time wisely helps save money and lives. Managing your time does not happen overnight, every day is a new opportunity to expand skills, increase your assets and advance oneself. It is important not to only work hard and manage time wisely but to setting aside a free time for yourself, which will help with personal growth in ways that are fun and exciting. It is important to plan day because it will help hold you accountable to stay focused on your planned activities for your productivity to improve.

I learned about financial awareness and financial management, and taxation in the United States. There are 4 types of taxes taken away from their gross income. Gross income is what you get paid at your job and Net income is how much you have remaining after taxes. There are two types of taxes, and these are Income tax and FICA tax. The income tax includes Federal income tax, State income and local/City tax. FICA tax includes social security and Medicare taxes. The United States economy is the largest and one of the most open economies in the world, representing approximately 22% of the gross world product.
It is important to have knowledge and awareness about your finances and know how to manage to avoid impulse spending. Financial awareness is important because it helps people manage their financial assets and improve their standard of living. It is important for student and participant here at Techie Youth to know about their financial affair and how to manage because it would help improve one way of life. Avoiding impulse spending and knowing the difference between need and want. I estimated my net income for my summer job and accounted for my cost of living in the city I live in. As young youth, it is important to budget your finances because it is the best ways to improve your financial management skills.
