Today I discovered ....

Today I discovered the distinction between a freelance video editor and an employee video editor. The advantages and disadvantages. A freelancer, for example, may choose what time to wake up and how much work they want to perform, but their income is not guaranteed. An employed video editor must arrive on time and complete specific tasks on time in order for their salary to be assured. Both vocations need video editing, which is a media expert that takes raw video material and edits it for length, sound, and quality. There is such a thing as work skills.

what I learned today

I learned to day about the difference of freelance video editor and an employed video editor. The pros and cons. What I learnt currently again from assignment resources is that when you are simply advertising an offer of employment, you should know what qualifications are required and desired for the real work to be done. To understand what the employer is searching for. Recruiters must make the job seeker feel at ease in order for them to correctly answer their inquiries. They went into detail on how a recruiter may do basic things like ask open-ended questions, be a good communicator, and use body language to demonstrate that you desire them to feel at ease in that scenario. The more detailed you are to them, the more you will learn about individuals who would be the perfect suited for that position.

What I learner today

Today, I watch the python youtube video that i had to watch. Though, I had diffcult understanding what the guy was explaining in the video due to the fact he was going so quick. and typing everything so quick. I watch as man times as i needed to understand. Python is a computer language for programming that is frequently used to create websites and applications, automate operations, and analyze data. Python is a general-purpose programming language, which means it can be used to develop a wide range of applications and is not specialized for any particular problem.

What I learned today

Today, I watched the long youtube video about every step of how a recruiter work online as remote worker. And how it doesnt change anything about the job.Also, it makes it easier to finish or get tasks done. I also looked at the websites to check if there is job that fit my situation. And it was hard because they most likely want someone experinced in the field and 18 or older. BY experienced I mean like one year or more experience of actual work.

As we all know recruiters, usually seeks out, screen, and interview potential job seekers before presenting them to the employer or hiring manager. And that is the basics of the job. But if you want to specialize in one kind of industry. You have to know a lot of what that industry wants and need. And just have to know more in general to be able to get the right candidates for the job offer. There is many types of specialized recruiters like headhunter, executive recruiter, internal recruiter, IT recruiter, legal, military, management, pharmaceutical recruiter, and etc. So much and as the industry differs it has different wants and needs for the recruiter itself.

What I learned today

What I learned today from the videos and websites from the assignment is that when you are just posting about a job offer, you should know what requirements are needed and wanted to the actual job to be done. To be clear on what the employer is looking for. Recruiters has to make the job seeker comfortable to be able to answer their questions right. They went deep to how as recruiter can do simple things like asking open ended questions and be a good listener and body language that shows them you want them comfortable at that situation. The more specific you are to them, the more you get to know who would be the best getting that job.

Reviewing everything I had to review

Today I tried my best to review the lessons and then retake the quizes I didn't pass. Only managed to pass two but that tells me i can get them right eventually. I went back to time management and be worry of scams. And review how to be able to manage your time wisely to fit your life. Like fill out what you did for a week and see what things you can slowly stop doing to be able to do things that are important rather than wasting so much time. And the scams lesson was just to be worry about certain offers that seem too good to be true. And the steps to take if you every get scammed.
