I learned today that recruiting people for jobs is not hard. The employment process is not hard, just a little complex but it’s understandable. A good resume and a good cover letter will help you appeal to talent recruiters more. People who recruit people like to see that this person had good characteristics. Interviews are very important ways for them to do that as well. So, the more work you put into your resume and cover letter the more employers and talent recruiters will look out for you.

I learned that there are a variety of jobs which you can write and make a decent amount of money from just writing. You can make money from writing blogs, writing books and much more and the pay is good. A lot of people make good money from writing for journals and magazines. There was a pretty interesting video of Anna Wintour and how she managed to become chief editor.
