Although I did not learn a whole lot today I did learn how to pitch to others in a way that will get their attention and how to speak in a way that’ll entice them and make them want to lisen to you. I also learned that eye contact is extremely important and that it silent eye contact can be very beneficial when it comes to closing deals and thinning out the competition, making the person you’re doing the deal with uncomfortable that they’ll have to agree to the deal or whateve is happening just to end the awkwardness
Although I did not learn too much today I did learn a lot about Fiver and it’s role within the realm of Freelancing and got to know how to use it and how it works and how they do a project based system of freelancing. They also have people who are verified so you’d know they are legit and have talents and skills worth investing money into.
Today I learned about AI and the requirements needed to get into that field such as mathematical and engineering knowledge including robotics and the careers in AI including computer scientist, research scientist and software analyst. I also learned how to get a job within the field without a degree, provided i have knowledge in the subject beforehand. As well as doing various projects and competitions to get myself out there and stand out.
Today I learned about web design and how to design a website using SQL and the websites I can use for inspiration. I also learned how to create and design a database by using code as well as MongoDB,noSQL and mySQL
Today I learned about saving my money and making good and healthy financial decisions and how to maximize my time to make sure I use the the time I have to great use and for making money. I also learned how to save my money efficiently and how to save 100% of the my income. I also learner how to be a data analyst and the differences between a data analyst and scientist.
Today I learned about web development and the skills that are required to get jobs in those certain fields such as knowing and mastering programmer languages like HTML, Python etc and the things that companies look for like mastery of these things than a college degree. I also learened abour Quality assurance and their roles in the web development world and how to to along that pathway and how I would have to test out features and codes so that things can go working properly
Today I learned about Quality Assurance and how to test and prepare software by either using black box testing or white box testing and as well as smoke and sanity testing. I learned that one must be able to at times repeat testing products and software so that problems may not arrive in the future in regards to said software. Also test things with participants in tests called usability tests in order to weed out any problems in a software before it is put out.
Today I learned about Product Management. It is a research heavy job and requires you develop strategies in order to solve the problems of the company you work for by providing products which can enter the market and satisfy it’s needs. I also must have EQ(emotional Intelligence) self awareness and technical skill and interviewing customers in order to improve on the product.
Today I learned how to be a buisness analyst and the role I play in helping businesses with their problems. I learned of the skills and requirements that I need to have in order to join that profession such as problem solving skills, learning languages and improving the services of the said company I work for
Today I learned how to make money through social media and through apps like facebook, twitter, snapchat etc by using affiliate marketing, increasing followers so companies and brands can notice me, selling things through marketplaces(in the case of facebook) and keeping everything relatively fresh and professional.
Today I learned about AI and how to get a job in AI, particulary putting yourself out there with doing things like Hackathon, ML competitions, GitHub projects etc as well as creating data structures with algorithmic thinking as well as social media and how to get more followers and business deals with it via doing trending topics such as dances, songs, challenges etc. the more followers I accumalate the more brands are going to want to do business with me. I know to do hashtags innorder to reach a wider audience
Today I learnt how to develop apps for mobile using scripts like Wear OS for android and Swift UI and Xcode for apple
I also learned how to monetize the apps that I create through notifications, badges, rewards and the like to attract more users to it as well as things like in app ads
I also learnt how do create a niche website and create domains to which i can attach a domain name to. Not only that I also learned about Web hosting and getting an SSL certificate so that I may be able to have my website be trusted one to garner new users. i also learnt how to appear more marketable to the customer, by being just like them, i.e getting into the mind of a customer/reader when it comes to working on my site. I also learned about video editing and learning to use softwares like adobe premium, davinci resolve and final cut as well as when starting out as a video editor and how I may have to offer free services for the time being.
I also learned in regards to niche websites how to monetize them via ads, ebooks, courses etc
Today I learned about a topic that like a lot, which is Art. I learned exactly how to seel Art online to others and how through social media and other means, to garner a following and spread my name. I learned how to ship out art and the websites associated with said practices. I also learned to avoid art scams by seeing what exactly the scammer is offering up, usually something “too good to be true” like loads of money for your work and how to know if the gallery you want to put your art into is legitamate or not.
What I learned today was mostly about Leadership and Entrepenuership specifically about being the first to grasp at an opporotunity as soon the chance to get it is avaliable and standing up when no one else wont and these are important traits that a leader should exhibit and as for entrepenuership, one must be able to reel in customers as paying customers are just as important if not more than an invention that an entrepenuer has made.
