Tech stocks have been some of the best investment opportunities of 2020 and 2021. The pandemic has accelerated the transition to online and technology, which only helps these businesses grow faster. Tech stocks are able to do so well because their cost of capital is significantly lower than other types of companies with capital intensive business models, like oil and gas companies. This means they can translate a much larger portion of their revenue to the bottom line, which is net income. Additionally, technological innovation is much easier and scalable than for other types of businesses, which makes these stocks so efficient. Overall, I am incredibly bullish on technology stocks and I think these stock picks will continue to perform extremely well over the next 3-5 years! I am continuing to invest in tech stocks as long as the fundamentals remain solid and the companies are continuing to grow... which is certainly the case for these picks here today!
