🤩 Meet the Students of Techie Youth, hear their stories: homeless, foster care, LGBTQ, incarceration
Techie Youth https://www.TechieYouth.org) helps at-risk youth and teens in foster care learn professional IT computer career skills so they can be financially self-sufficient. Many of our youth have been homeless, incarcerated, in foster care, living in shelters or group homes (US-version of an orphanage), abused, abandoned by parents, etc. Many of our youth are pregnant or parenting children of their own, are transgender or LGBTQ+, are in juvenile probation or 2nd-chance alternative sentencing programs, etc.
The Techie Youth accelerated training program is designed specifically for the needs of youth from these demographics to rapidly provide them with high-potential technology career skills.
